After needing to wait a couple of extra months, Miles Kane finally graced Leeds with his swagger and personality.
Changing the show, Kane comes out more theatrical than his previous tours, making a spectacle out of the performance rather than it just being a regular old gig.
Memorable from start to finish, he performs some of his old hits from his debut album ‘Colour of the Trap’.
With this tour, there seemed to be a lack of songs from his sophomore album, which previously hasn’t been an issue before, the absence of ‘Give Up’ from said record was noticeable.
Having seen Miles many times before, ‘Give Up’ was always one of the best songs on his set so it’s unfortunate that it didn’t make a cameo this time around!
This didn’t seem to stop the night from being memorable however having treating the crowds of the entire tour with songs from his side-project ‘The Last Shadow Puppets’ who also features Arctic Monkeys frontman, Alex Turner. Kane brings out fan favourites ‘Aviation’ and ‘Standing Next To Me’, two songs from their respective albums.
A Beatles cover also made an appearance throughout the tour in the form of ‘Don’t Let Me Down’.
The scouse entertainer ended the night with two of his hard-hitters that have made waves throughout the years. ‘Inhaler’ and ‘Come Closer’ brings the evening to an end.
Even though it wasn’t the biggest, the crowd still made a bunch of noise as Kane leaves the stage.
